Allpacks has its own design & engineering department. All of our equipment and products are designed and engineered by highly qualified engineers. Each new project starts on the drawing table where during the design phase the drawings are converted into 3D digital models by means of state of the art design software.

In this phase we are able to add the most suitable components in order to design the most efficient vibro hammer and powerpack. If there are any specific requirements from the market, it is easy for Allpacks to implement this into the final product.

Allpacks has its own testing facility in order to test our equipment before it goes on transport to our customers. During this test period all parameters are examined and if needed corrections and adjustments will be made to ensure our high level of quality.

In particular will the hydraulic power packs be subjected to extra thorough testing. Powerpacks will be connected to the required measuring and program equipment in our own specialized testing facility. All parameters are examined and if needed some adjustments will be made. During this test period the product will be exposed to a full power test to ensure that all functions work correctly

Every Allpacks product starts with raw materials. Within the machine park of Allpacks we are able to convert most raw materials into complete products. Raw materials which we cannot handle are delivered by reliable subcontractors. They have been specialized in bending and laser cutting of products, what exactitude helps. After the frame/skid is composed it is ready to be painted.
Depending on wishes, the skid can be carried out in several types of coating. For offshore special coating solutions are available. In our state of the art production facility the production process is divided in three phases:

  • Welding – Allpacks has it’s own state of the art welding area where qualified welders assemble and weld the frames of the powerpacks.
  • Painting –  According to the customer demands and wish we are able to paint in any RAL color and upon special request we can apply a thermal zinc coating for extra protection. This is usually mandatory for offshore projects.
  • Assembly – After the painting process the assembly process starts. According to a standarized working method all the components are added to in order to reach an efficient working method. This enables us to shorten our lead times in order to satisfy our customers.

After the products have succesfully gone through the extensive testing phase, they are ready for transport.
The method of transport varies and depends on the needs of the customer. When the products are delivered our technician will start-up and commission the equipment, and train the customer’s personnel in how to operate and maintain the Allpacks Equipment.
