Allpacks has its own design & engineering department. All of our equipment and products are designed and engineered by highly qualified engineers. Each new project starts on the drawing table where during the design phase the drawings are converted into 3D digital models by means of state of the art design software.
In this phase we are able to add the most suitable components in order to design the most efficient vibro hammer and powerpack. If there are any specific requirements from the market, it is easy for Allpacks to implement this into the final product.
Allpacks has its own testing facility in order to test our equipment before it goes on transport to our customers. During this test period all parameters are examined and if needed corrections and adjustments will be made to ensure our high level of quality.
- Welding – Allpacks has it’s own state of the art welding area where qualified welders assemble and weld the frames of the powerpacks.
- Painting – According to the customer demands and wish we are able to paint in any RAL color and upon special request we can apply a thermal zinc coating for extra protection. This is usually mandatory for offshore projects.
- Assembly – After the painting process the assembly process starts. According to a standarized working method all the components are added to in order to reach an efficient working method. This enables us to shorten our lead times in order to satisfy our customers.
Allpacks CNC Milling machine
Allpacks took recently a brand new state of the art CNC milling machine in operation. This is another milestone in Allpacks history. This milling machine enables us to do high-end metal processing ourselves which gives us better control on our production process. Key advantages are: more flexibility in production and less dependable on suppliers.
